Orders and Shipping

How long is your processing time for orders?

Our processing time is 2 to 4 days for orders. Once the order is processed, the order will be shipped to you and we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail and text message.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The majority of our items are custom made at the time your order is placed. Currently, orders can take 2-4 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location. Most items will arrive in 7 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed.

Note: All shipping carriers are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. Thanks for bearing with us!

Heads up: Some items will ship separately. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

What’s the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your acount. Once logged in you can veiw each order and it status under order history.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a credit card, your order must be above $0.50. If you still have trouble, please email us at, and a member of our customer support team can assist you further.

Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel an order after it’s been submitted.

We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Forever Family Gifts and Decor, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, it might still be in transit. However, feel free to track the tracking to see if it's been updated.
